Warranty Information, Company Policy, Terms & Conditions

   Warranty Information .

   Advanced Gear Repairs , offers a written warranty on every job , our warranty is based on the services performed & ranges from 30 days / 3 Years , this is because we offer a wide variety of services from basic repairs to new custom manufactured parts.

   All warranties that we offer will cover labor & standard freight , parts that we manufacture example:
   [ gears , bearings , seals , housings , ect ] will also be covered in our written warranty.

   We do not cover oem replacement parts or drives , any parts / drives / new units purchase from any specific oem will have there own warranty from that oem , please note that some oem's do not provide any warranty on there parts, drives, new units so Advanced Gear Repairs does not provide any guarantee on oem or any other branded parts.

   We do not under any means cover bearing failure / accidental / negligence / tampering / miss use , even if the unit is still under warranty , upon inspection if we determine the issue is in result of bearing failure / accidental / negligence / tampering / miss use we will not cover the warranty,
   
   All assembles are carefully calibrated and mark , upon inspection if we determine unit has been tampered / customized / disassembled or re-calibrated we will not cover any warranty.

   Advanced Gear Repairs only uses the most high quality & trusted names in the bearing business like: Timken / Nsk / Sfk , to ensure long lasting repairs.
   
   If goods ever get lost , stolen , damaged or scraped in others possession , that party will be fully liable for entire cost of repairs & or replacments.

   All none purchased parts that are manufactured example: [ gears , bearings , housings , ect ] oem matched or custom will have a 30 day inspection guarantee on top of the written warranty
   (unless otherwise specified) , meaning that our customers will have 30 days to inspect the new manufactured parts for quality , any flaws , miss cuts , compatibility , ratios , specs matched & blue print match.
   
   Advanced Gear Repairs requires all declined orders to be ship back to Advanced Gear Repairs only for warranty , repairs , corrections or re-work , no third party action will be supported in any way.

   All repair order's will not be ship with grease & or oil , grease and oil should be added before any use or operation & calibrated accordingly based on use , this should also be a standard in your period maintenance.

   Our company policy is to let all of our customers & future clients know our priorities and objectives here at Advanced Gear Repairs , We understand the damages of downtime and have been around long enough to know the delays of the oem's .

   Thus we strive to be fast working out of three different facilities to insure the quickest turnarounds possible , resulting in next to zero downtime .

   We strive to get personnel , we believe in very personal service , by understanding our customers problems and priorities , offering direct contact cell phone number's to our clients & letting them know that we are here to help at any time .

   We strive to offer a complete repair & re manufacture service , we can achieve this only by experience , some of our lead techs have over 30 years of experience .

   We strive for high quality , by using multi million dollar equipment & some 30 year of experience techs .

   Terms & Conditions .

   All new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit & or balance upon completion ,
   Advanced Gear Repairs is open to a net 10 , 15 , 30 , 60 , 90 term for all existing customers ,
   new clients may be required to send in credit references.
   
   All Sales Are Final ,
   After approval via email, fax, p.o. number , work order agreement ect, customer will be fully committed and responsible for total some of approval ,
   
   If for any reason customer declines order after approval they will be fully responsible for total amount approved, Advanced Gear Repairs will never issue refund or credit ( All Sales Are Final )
   
   Rush Orders ,
   We highly suggest that authorized personal only send in / approve rush orders , there is high cost involved and customer is fully responsible for all cost immediately upon approval via email , fax , p.o. number , work order agreement ect, if customer cancels a rush order for any reason they will be fully responsible to pay the total amount agreed upon / approval & there will be no guarantee on work.

   Advanced Gear Repairs will never trade , distribute or share any credit information provided by our customers to any individual or company at anytime ever.

   please take note : that our terms vary on a job to job & order to order basis .

   User Privacy .

   Advanced Gear Repairs is a spam free website & will never store user data , sell or trade user data to competitors or friends or spam users with email's , unless specified & authorized by user.

   This entire website and all of its content is owned & copyright by Advanced Gear Repairs and is under federal copyright law , any stolen or duplicated content and or material will be reported to the authorities & google.
